Body fueled by fat, not carbs - Dr. Greg Ellis

Phd nutritional biochemist, bodybuilder and author, Dr. Greg Ellis - through 40 years of self-experimentation, and informed by his professional and private scientific research, Ellis says that our bodies can run amazingly well on a fat and protein based diet, and with very little carbohydrates (in his case less than 50 grams per day). he also argues that reduced glycation is a major side-benefit of low carb eating (see: Glycation - causes disease and aging and his recent book on the topic called "The Glycation Factor").
